Canon EOS-1N RS' Evaluative Metering System Gallery In this photo gallery of motorcycling GPs, one of the eight images showcased below was shot using the spot metering. It is on Photo F. As you can see, the exposure in that photo is not accurate as compared to the rest that were shot using the Evaluative metering system. In Photo F, the spot metering has locked onto the white part of the racing leathers of 500cc rider, Tadayuki Okada and gave a slight underexposed image. In Photo A, of Team Proton-Modenas' 500cc rider, Jean Michel-Bayle, his overall dark leathers and black KR3 GP bike do not fool the EOS-1N RS' 16-zone Evaluative metering at all.
