As a professional photographer used
to using 35mm cameras such as the Canon New F-1, T90, EOS-1, EOS-1N/1N RS, I find
using the new EOS 88 camera to be a breeze. It is so lightweight and fitted with
its accompanying EF 35-80mm f/4-5.6 III zoom lens, makes it a wonderful camera to
carry around on a daily basis.
And it is also an excellent camera for travel photography. Its standard zoom lens
is good enough to capture memorable travel or holiday pictures and its retractable
pop-up flash is powerful enough to light up most indoor situations even on ISO 100
colour print or slides film.
Of course, having adequate knowledge of photography techniques are essential, otherwise
the EOS 88 is just another camera since it is the photographer's eye that sees things
differently. Overall, the EOS 88 is no slouch, if you know how it works.
