The EOS IX is two cameras in one. It combines all the advantages of the Advanced
Photo System with all the quality of the well-established EOS system. The camera's
innovative EF mount accepts a range of nearly 50 different lenses, and there are
many other accessories which can also be used. The Advanced Photo System brings many
new features to single-lens reflex photography. Advanced IX Data Recording captures
information at the time of exposure which is used to improve your pictures at the
time of printing. You can have your photographs printed in three different formats,
with date and time of exposure imprinted on the back of the pictures. And Mid-roll
Change lets you swop films without losing any exposed frames.
